Name: KC

Originally from Vermont, and after earning a degree in English Literature from Hillsdale College in Michigan, came to California, and studied Illustration and Game Design part-time for the last few years at the Laguna College of Art and Design.

What has drawn me to art is my love of beauty and storytelling. I find the challenges of exploring, researching, and building worlds and characters are always fun for me, and I am fascinated and inspired by history, language and culture. My hope is to create art that inspires, encourages and refreshes people.

I have experience in Illustration, concept art and development, character design, 2D game design, stop-motion fabrication and animation, graphic design and packaging design, children’s illustration, comics, 3D prop modeling and some environment modeling, and 3D game animation. l also (intermittently) sell handmade wooden jewelry on my Etsy store:
